We do not stock Silk light, refrigerated soy milk. MIdwest Foods plain
soy milk is Silk brand, but regular and a dry shelf stable product.

Distributed to retailers and wholesalers in the states of Alabama, Arizona,
Colorado, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New
Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, and
Wyoming.
The product recall is taking place due to an inadvertent error related to
using the wrong carton packaging. It is not due to contamination in the
manufacturing process.
WhiteWave Foods is voluntarily recalling half gallon containers of Silk Light
Original Soymilk because they may contain undeclared almondmilk. People
who have an allergy or sensitivity to almond run the risk of serious or life
threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product. WhiteWave’s
sales team is working with distributors to actively recover any impacted
product remaining on store shelves, and the Company has implemented
measures to prevent this from happening in the future.
No illnesses have been reported to date.
Midwest Foods does not stock this product from this recall. This product is a
light version of soy milk and also refrigerated. Our plain soy is Silk brand, but
regular and a dry shelf stable product.
