PC-3106P (Optical Particle Counter)
PC-3106P is an instrument which can measure the particles suspended in the air above 0.3μm in diameter. Its sampling flow rate is 1 CFM
( 28.3L/min ). It provides several analog input (4~20mA) terminals for external sensor or probe – air velocity, temperature & humidity, differential
pressure, etc. PC-3106P complies with the requirements of ISO 21501-4 or JIS B9921 and is calibrated using a condensation particle counter with
NIST traceable PSL. PC-3106P provides measurement result reports for ISO 14644-1 and FS209E via the onboard thermal printer. Measurement data
can be stored in the internal memory up to 30,000 records.
PC-3106P can either be used as a stand-alone particle counter or as a part of in the Facility Monitoring System (FMS).

XRC-05 (Soft X-Ray Charger)
XRC-05 is a bipolar charger that uses soft X-ray instead of radioactive
source such as Am241 (Americium-241), Kr85 (Krypton-85), Po210
(Polonium-210). It changes irregularly charged particles to equilibrium
charged state. Particles introduced into XRC-05 is collided with ions (+)
or electrons (-) generated by soft X-ray radiation. Ions or electrons
being attached onto the particle surfaces, neutralizing the particles.
XRC-05 does not generate Ozone due to its air ionization effect.
DD-01 (Diffusion Dryer)
DD-01 removes water vapors contained in the aerosol and dries-off
water on the surface of the droplet.
The Water & Oil trap mounted at the inlet of DD-01 removes large
water & oil drops. Aerosols are dried by the diffusion of water vapor
in the desiccant dryer filled with molecular sieve or silica gel.

Due to strict environmental rules, it is highly necessary to sample
aerosols or gas-phase materials. Especially, the product protection
against fine particles or gas-phase materials is essential in
semiconductor, LCD or any precision manufacturing fields. The Model
AS-03 is the instrument to sample these gas-phase materials.
According to environmental regulations, it is needed to analyze
airborne particles to identify their components or composition. Such

WCPC-1003S(Water-based Condensation Particle Counter)
A new approached is applied using particle condensation technique. When a particle is place in a super-saturated vapor, the super-saturated vapor
molecules will start condense onto the particle. The particle with condensed vapor will continuously grow and become a large droplet. This large size
droplet can easily be detected by optical electronic system.

EPS-n (Electrical Particle Sizer with XRC-05)
EPS-n is an instrument which classifies a particle according to its electrical mobility. Electrical mobility of a particle is decided by fluid resistance for
ce and electrostatic force and can be converted to an equivalent particle diameter. The biggest advantage of EPS-n is that Soft X ray is used as the
neutralizer instead of radioactive sources. The Soft X ray charger is installed inside the EPS-n making it smaller and more portable than its previous
models.
The EPS-n is a rudimentary instrument that generates mono-disperse aerosols and measures particle size distributions with high durability and repe
atability.

SNPS-n20 (Scanning Nano Particle Spectrometer with XRC-05)
SNPS-n20 is an instrument which can measure aerosol particles in the range from 7 to 830 nm in high resolution. SNPS-n20 consists of CPC and
EPS, and these two devices are connected through a tube with each other. Particles classified corresponding to its electrical mobility in the EPS are
introduced into the CPC, and then the particles are measured by the optical system in the CPC after condensational growth. Measured data is
transferred in real time to a computer using the Scanning Mobility Particle Spectrometer software. Raw data is converted to particle size distribution
through the inversion algorithm.
SNPS-n20 is suitable to measure airborne particle size distributions, so SNPS is highly recommended monitoring atmospheric aerosol in the
Meteorology. SNPS can be also used for measuring the size distribution of test aerosols in Inhalation toxicology test system or filter media test
system.

HCT-3710 (Mask Tester)
HCT has developed a mask tester ideal for respirator testing and perfect for complying with standards such as NIOSH and EN 143.
The multi-jet atomizer in the HCT-3710 is capable of generating a large amount of aerosol(120mg or 200mg) that can be easily adjusted by changing the
nozzle part having a different number of nozzles.
Feature & Benefits
• The dehumidifier in the HCT-3710 maintains a less than 60% relative humidity for the
generated aerosol.
• HCT-3710 also features the HCT Soft X-ray which acts as a neutralizer that does not
need special authorization to be used. It offers high performance efficiency for respirator
tests.
• The flow rate for the test can be automatically adjusted.
• The automatic flow control can maintain the set flow rate for the duration of the test
period providing a highly reliable mask performance review.
• An anti-vibration and soundproof chamber is provided with the HCT-3710 to be used
during high flow pump operations.
• The user can monitor the process in real time. Its dedicated software has a functional
graph tool suitable for data analysis and was designed to process large amounts of data.
• The test parameters can be adjusted by varying the level of Relative
Humidity and amount of aerosol challenge.
It can test various type of masks
by changing mask adaptor.

HCT-3710 has been enhanced to insure your final products meet global standards.
