Special offer for Summer School 2013 participants
In cooperation with Maastricht Summer School 2013, Guesthouse UM has some
interesting offers for participants with special discounts.
Between July and August 18th 2013 Summer School participants can make a
reservation at our Guesthouse on a daily basis.
Location
We offer single and double rooms in two of our Guesthouse buildings (C and P
building) at Brouwersweg 100, Maastricht. This location is normally reserved for
exchange students, but in July and August Summer School participants are also
welcomed.
All rooms are furnished and have communal kitchens, living rooms with TV, showers
and toilets which are shared by 12–16 people. The communal kitchens are equipped
with a refrigerator, microwave oven and an electric cooking plate.
This location has laundry facilities with washing machines, dryers, ironing boards and
irons. There is a covered bicycle shed for your bike (at the Guesthouse reception you
can rent a bike). The shops are less than a 10 minute walk away.
There are two tennis courts and a basketball field (free to use).
This location is close to the inner city faculties of Maastricht University where your
classes will take place.

Summer school participants get a discount of 20% on the regular rental price
Note:


The room rent is excluding €40 final cleaning cost.
The Guesthouse UM can provide you a linen package (at the reception desk))
for the price of €40. Or you can bring your own towels and bed linen
(blanket/duvet, blanket cover and pillow case).

All prices are per night and all inclusive. Included are costs for water, electricity,
heating, internet, taxes, furniture and administration costs. Excluded are the final
cleaning costs (€40).
The 20% discount has already been applied on these prices.
Reservation
Reservation is easy and can be done directly on this website
(www.maastrichthousing.com). But first you have to subscribe to our website (one
time registration fee of €35). After your registration, you can directly book the room
of your choice.
Important: please select Summer School participant when you register to be
eligible for the discount prices.
