Join us for an exciting and fun filled morning! Students are able to choose between seven
different classes. They can pick two classes from these awesome options! See page three for
course offerings. Fee includes a camp t-shirt that students will receive during the first week of
camp.
Lunch Bunch
11:30—12:00
No Charge
Lunch Bunch is a supervised lunch offered ONLY to participants of Cub Club. Camp
Tigercub participants may not stay for lunch unless they are registered for the afternoon club.
Each camper is responsible for their own sack lunch and drink to enjoy.
Cub Club
12:00pm-5:30pm
$250
Spend the afternoon with your friends at Cub Club! This club is filled with art projects, games,
crafts, and outdoor activities. A late afternoon snack will be provided and is included in the
cost. Fee also includes a club t-shirt that students will receive during the first week of camp.
Campers need to be picked up by 5:30pm.

Note: CUSD 303 expects par ents/guar dians to call the Summer Camp office within the fir st
hour EACH day a student is absent from Summer Camp.
Drop off/pick up information:
Please drop your child off in front of the building at the main entrance. Supervisors will assist with
traffic flow prior to the start of each program. All camp participants should report to the
Cafeteria upon arrival with the exception of Kindergarten Readiness. These students will line up
in the main hallway every day.
Bus Pick-Up and Drop-Off: Ther e will be distr ict buses in the par king lot for pick up at each of
these schools: Bell-Graham - 8:10, Munhall - 8:10, Richmond—8:20. Those students will then be
dropped off after camp at their schools between 11:40-11:50 am. Please have your camper at the
designated drop off several minutes prior to the pickup time. Be sure to sign the Permission for Bus
Transportation on page 6 of the brochure. Please remember that there will not be supervision at the
bus stops. Additionally, there is no bus transportation available after Cub Club if your child is staying
for the afternoon.

Camp Tigercub Course Offerings
A signed and completed registration form, emergency information and discipline policy is
required of all participants.
On-line registration until May 24th. There will be a $25 Late Registration Fee if signing up
after May 24th.

Summer Camp Dates & Times
Both camps will be held from June 8th - June 26th.
Camp Tigercub 8:30am–11:30am
Lunch Bunch 11:30am-12:00pm (Included in the cost of Cub Club, for Cub Club participants only!)
Cub Club 12:00pm-5:30pm
Camp Minimum
Camp Tigercub must have a minimum of 18 students per class. Courses not having a minimum
enrollment may be cancelled.
Camp Costs
 Camp Tigercub cost is $200 per student. Cub Club cost is $250 per student.
 There is a $35 fee for checks returned for non-sufficient funds.






Refund Policy
There is a $25 processing fee for participants who withdraw from camp.
No refunds will be given after the first day of camp.
Full refund if class is cancelled due to lack of enrollment.
No partial refunds or credits for absences.
No partial refunds or credits if student is dismissed for inappropriate behavior.
Refunds will not be sent until after June 10th.
After reviewing the courses below, please mark your selections on page four.
Each class runs for eighty minutes with a 20 minute snack and movement break
between 8:30am-11:30am with students grouped by grade level. This is three
hours of learning fun!
Soccer, Basketball & Outdoor Games
In this class, kids will practice the skills to become a better soccer and basketball player.
Students will also have fun playing kickball, volleyball, and participating in relay games.
Kitchen Creators
We will be planning, preparing and EATING delicious snacks and meals as well as learning
more about kitchen safety and the benefits of eating healthy! **Cannot guarantee nut-free
products**
Math Enrichment
Looking for a fun and exciting way to reinforce your child's math skills? This program will
have your child engaging in meaningful problem-solving and computation activities.
Art, Art, Art
Students will have the opportunity to experiment with a variety of paint media and paint on
many different surfaces. Students will sketch, draw, sculpt and design fun pieces of artwork!
Computers
Students will be working with the latest software and this class will enable your child to really
explore the computer and to become more familiar with its possibilities!
Reading Enrichment
This class will emphasize and review basic skills. The children will be actively engaged in
enriching and expanding their listening, writing, and reading skills.
Science Explorer
Students will be studying the natural, physical, and chemical world around us. Hands-on experiments and discussion about process of scientific learning with tons of fun!
*Kindergarten Learning
This class, only for students entering Kindergarten in the fall, will focus on building early
learning skills with an emphasis on phonemic awareness, early reading/writing skills and
building math concepts and awareness.
* Pre-K Students enroll ONLY in kindergarten class for 3 hours

SUMMER CAMP DISCIPLINE POLICY
In order to promote a safe and respectful learning environment, we have established
guidelines for student behavior, as outlined in the Community Unit School District 303
Discipline Policy. These guidelines are based on existing policies and procedures of the
school district and are designed to create a positive learning environment for all students.
