Rationalizing Denominators
To rationalize the denominator of a fraction means to write the fraction as an equivalent fraction with a denominator that is a rational number.
Ex) Sometimes you multiply the numerator and denominator by just the simplified radical in the denominator, other times you multiply the numerator and denominator by the conjugate of the denominator.
