Format:
Each team will first be playing in a pooled Round Robin format from 3 – 5 matches of 4-8 ends or sets
with points awarded – 10 pts win, 5 pts draw + each end won (1 pt). Each Pool winner (decided 1st by
total Round Robin points & if tie by shot difference) will play off in a knockout final format later in the
day. Total Prize money & Trophies of $2000 provided we attain 32 entries will be awarded and presented
to1st place - $800, 2nd place - $400 & Equal 3rd place - $200 Place (semi-final losers) at the completion of
the competition. Plus an Award up to $400 for the Best overall performing Rotary Club with 2 teams.

World Bowls Laws of the sport of Bowls, Domestic Regulations for Australia and Rules for competition in
Victoria shall apply, except as varied by this document. This competition is open to both Men & Women.
The competition will be a 2 Bowls Triples format per player / per end.
Each team must have at least one Rotary member – A Great way to introduce new people to Rotary
There shall be two end roll up, only before the commencement of play (9.45am).
There shall be no dead ends, the jack shall be spotted on the 2m mark. If a bowl is covering the 2m mark or as
close as possible to the covered mark in line with the mark and the corresponding mark at the opposite end
without touching the bowl.
Cost:
$40 per player ($120 per Team) – Maximum limit 40 Teams

Prizes; Fully catered lunch; Coffee/Tea facilities & Bar services available all day.
Dress Code:
Casual Attire & Flat soled shoes (no ripples or heels) Lawn Bowl sets available (free of charge)

Max limit of 40 Entries. Teams can be made up of players from different Rotary Clubs. Team members can be all male, all female
or mixed team. If you can’t make up a full team we may be able to match you with any single Rotarian entries wanting to play in
another team who will be randomly matched up with another similar entry form to make up a team. Entries received & paid will entry
form dated and have priority. Once Maximum entries attained other entries will be placed on a waiting list.
