El Café De La Navidad (Christmas Café) - Monday 12 & Tuesday 13tDecember
Dear Parents and Carers,
The children have been practising their various carols and songs and are
looking forward to performing for you at our El Café De La Navidad.
Performance times are stated below:

As usual each family will be allocated 2 tickets. Year groups will perform at
specific times so that if you have 2 children you should buy 1 ticket for each
time one of your children performs.
Families who have 3 children will have three tickets allocated. Families with
four children will get fourth ticket free! (One for each child’s performance).
In this way there will be one ticket issued for every child. Please complete
the slip indicating when you wish to reserve your tickets.
Tickets are priced at £2 and should be reserved by 7th December after which
they will go on general sale.
In addition to the children’s performance you will have the opportunity to
purchase a variety of Christmas goods which have been designed and made
by the children as part of their Enterprise Week.
The café will be very exciting and busy, so we would appreciate if you would
adhere to our plan to ensure this runs as smoothly as possible.
Parents, Carers and Visitors should enter the school via the main entrance
and proceed to the dining hall and extension where we will have our
Christmas Enterprise Market Stalls.
You are then asked to take your seat in the gym hall where you can view
your child’s performance and be served tea/coffee, and seasonal treats.
We anticipate a large turnout and a constant flow of audience throughout
the day and would appreciate if you adhered to your specific times to watch
your child perform then exit in between performances.
We are looking forward to sharing with you all your children’s hard work,
through musical entertainment and enterprising activities.
