DETERMINATION OF FEES
DETERMINATION NO. 3
1989
UNDER section 217A of the Motor Traffic Act 1936 I REVOKE the
determination of fees notice of which was published in the
Commonwealth Gazette NO.S243 on 24 August 1988 insofar as it
relates to fees payable for the purposes of paragraphs 14(a) and
(c) and subsection 8{1).
I DETERMINE that the fees payable for
the purposes of those provisions shall be in accordance with the
Schedule.
