Begin Release: Sunday, October 8. Out of state exhibitors 12 noon, 1 p.m. if living out of 150 mile radius of Tulsa, all others will be
released at 2 p.m. Everyone needs to have a written release by 3 p.m. All rabbits must be out of the barn by 6 p.m.
Entry Deadline: September 1, 2017. Entries must be submitted online at www.tulsastatefair.com.
Processing Fee: $3 per rabbit
SPECIAL RULES
1.
Sanctioning: The latest revised rules of the American Rabbit Breeders Association, Inc. and the Tulsa State Fair will
govern the show.
2.
Check In: All Open Class and Youth Class entries must be checked in no later than 7:00 a.m. Oct. 1 by an official of the Rabbit
Show. Any rabbit not properly checked in will not be eligible for competition.
3.
Youth Age Limits: Youth show exhibitors must be under 19 years of age on the day of the show.
4.
Judges: Officials reserve the right to name a substitute judge in case the first selection is unable to officiate.
5.
Tattoos: All stock must be permanently tattooed in the left ear.
6.
Entries: When making out entries include breed, variety, ear numbers, sex and class in which rabbits are to be entered. You can
only show a variety that is listed in the breed list. Please specify if entry is for a Youth Breeder. All entries must be entered online.
The show secretary will send all exhibitors an email conformation of entries, if exhibitor provides a valid email address. See General
Rules for amount of complementary exhibitor passes.
7.
As per ARBA show rule Section 23: No Substitutions, changes or additions will be allowed in a breed after the judging of the
breed has commenced.
8.
Care of Rabbits: Exhibitors will be responsible for care of your own stock. All exhibitors will be responsible in providing their
own feed and water containers. Exhibitors will be responsible for providing their own feed.
9.
Show Table: Each exhibitor is responsible for placing their rabbit(s) on the show table at the time their respective class is called.
10. Coops: Coops will be assigned and tagged before Check In. No switching of assigned coops will be allowed.
11. Unauthorized Animals: Only animals entered will be allowed on the show grounds.
12. Premiums: 1st - $5.00, 2nd - $4.00, 3rd - $3.00, 4th - $2.00, 5th - $1.00
