CEREMONY POLICIES & PROCEDURES
AUDIO VISUAL
Audio Visual orders cancelled within (7) days prior to wedding ceremony date will incur a
25% cancellation penalty.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS
Should the guest count exceed the maximum number of guests included in a wedding
package, additional fees will apply or the couple must upgrade to a greater wedding
package that accommodates more guests. Should the wedding ceremony location not
accommodate more guests, the couple must select a new wedding package.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Wedding ceremonies cancelled prior to (30) days of the wedding ceremony date,
the 25% initial deposit will be non-refundable for any reason which is stated in the
Wedding Services Agreement. The 25% non-refundable deposit may be used for the
couple’s new wedding ceremony date as long as the wedding ceremony date falls
within (6) months from the original wedding ceremony date. A ceremony rescheduling
fee will apply once the couple reinstate their wedding ceremony within (6) months
from their original wedding ceremony date.
Wedding ceremonies cancelled within (30) days of the wedding ceremony date will
not receive a refund of either the 25% non-refundable deposit or any other additional
deposits or payments made to The Venetian and The Palazzo.
DELAY POLICY
The Venetian and The Palazzo Weddings Department will not delay the ceremony
start time for late guests. For delays up to 29 minutes of the scheduled ceremony time,
a late fee will be applied. Delays of 30 minutes or more from the scheduled ceremony
time, will be cancelled and no refunds will be due. The couple is responsible for
additional charges if their ceremony is rescheduled. Refer to the Wedding Services
Agreement for ceremony cancellationsr, rescheduling, and late fees.
DISCOUNTS:
Discounts including but not limited to Grazie Gold, Grazie Platinum, Locals or Military
are available to wedding ceremony packages $3,000 or above, unless there are
restrictions applied. Discounts will only be applied at the time of booking. No
adjustments will be made on preceding contracts.
FLORAL:
For packages that include a one dozen rose bouquet, the choice of color roses
available would be in all red, white, ivory or medium pink with an allowance of up to
$100. Additional charges will apply for upgrades, custom and other floral requests.
Rose petals will be available in light colors only. Floral orders cancelled within 7 days
prior to the wedding ceremony date will incur a 100% cancellation penalty. Floral
orders placed within 7 days prior to the wedding ceremony date will be based
on availability. Floral collections include your choice of bridal bouquet with matching
boutonniere, two petite bouquets or two boutonnieres within allowance.
GUEST SUITE ACCOMMODATIONS

us in one of our wedding ceremony venues a courtesy discount on our standard
Luxury Guest Suite per night on rack rates only.*

LIMO
Restrictions apply for the up to one hour of limousine service; maximum
of six people.
MUSIC
For wedding packages that include an Accordionist, additional charges will apply
for an alternative musician.

per night, based on double occupancy plus tax and daily resort fee. The couple’s discount is not
available if booked through a promotion, package, third party, travel agent, or special rate and
may not be combined with any other offer. Discounted room rates can only be reserved through
the Weddings Department by calling 1.866.548.1807 or 702.414.7109 between the hours of 9 a.m.
and 5 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. The discount applies only to those couples who have paid their
non-refundable deposit on their wedding package. The couple is able to upgrade their guest
suite using the courtesy discount. All rates are based on occupancy and prevailing rate. Prior
bookings via venetian.com or palazzo.com will require a room confirmation number for
verification if the courtesy wedding discount would be accepted in order for the couple to
receive a discount. Offer is subject to change without notice. Guaranteed reservations require
the first night’s deposit plus room tax. Cancellations are refundable up to 72 hours in advance of
the check-in date. Cancellation of your wedding package will result in a cancellation of your

OUTDOOR CEREMONIES
In case of inclement weather, wedding ceremony will be performed in our
wedding chapel.
REHEARSALS
Rehearsals are to be performed on the day prior to the wedding ceremony;
excluding Saturday and Holidays.
PACKAGES
Dahlia and Jasmine Terrace – $500 additional charge for wedding ceremonies
performed on Fridays and Saturdays. Ceremony times performed for a Dahlia
or Jasmine Terrace on a Friday and Saturday would be 10:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m.
or 1:00 p.m.
RENEWALS
For couples that have booked their initial wedding ceremony within The Venetian
and The Palazzo Weddings Department will receive 10% off their wedding renewal
package. A copy of your marriage certificate is required.
PHOTO
Additional charges will apply for upgrades, additional prints, and added services
for photography and/or videography. No outside professional photography
and/or videography is allowed on property. Copyrights are sold separately.
WATERFALL
Waterfall weddings are based on the seasonal creations of The Venetian and
The Palazzo Horticulture Department. All seasonal décor is subject to change.
