Students will not receive fall schedules or attend class unless this form is turned in. Your comments help the counselor write college
recommendations. Please write your responses on this sheet and use the back if necessary or type them and submit a printout, but do NOT
email your brag sheet. Please provide specific examples wherever possible. This brag sheet will be kept confidential.
