A. Use the attachment on page 7 to create a family crest by drawing,
cutting, and/or pasting pictures or photos and turn in to your tester.
a. Your crest should be completed by you (with the help of an adult).
b. Identify at least 4 interests of you and your family.
c. Include your family name in the banner at the bottom and your
last name initial in the center.
B. Tell your tester what the 50 stars and 13 stripes of the United States flag
represents.
