2016 Applications will be available for pick up at The Salvation Army Covington Service Center at 5193 Washington Street beginning November 14th-November 18th. Applications can be submitted during the following times only: November 14th-18th 9:30am-11:30am 2:00pm-5:00pm *Bring all required documentation with completed application to be verified by a case worker. Due to the number of applications, you must have all required documents when you drop off your application. All completed applications must be received by 5pm on November 18th. Applicants will need the following; Picture ID (applicant only) Proof of Newton County Residency (recent utility bill or lease) Original Social Security Cards for each child age 0-12 (copies cannot be accepted) Proof of Emergency/Need (Food Stamp award letter or Documentation of Emergency)
