Driving Directions from the East:
 Take FDR Drive South to Exit 1
 Take Exit 1 to South Street

Driving Directions from the West:
 Drive South on West Street (West Side Highway becomes
West Street) to lower Manhattan
 After passing the entrance to Brooklyn Battery Tunnel, look for
signs indicating the entrance to FDR Drive North
 At the end of the tunnel, exit right at Exit 1 on the service road
 Follow service road and take 1st left on to South Street
 Take 1st right on to Broad Street
 Take right on to S. William Street (becomes William Street)
 Continue on William Street to the intersection of Wall Street

 Take the Holland Tunnel
 After you come through tunnel take
Exit 3 – Downtown/Brooklyn
 Make a right at the light on to Varick

 Take a left on to Warren Street
 Take a right onto Broadway
 Take Broadway until you hit Wall

 S. William – North of Broad St.
Cars are not permitted on Wall Street between Broadway and William Street and traffic is restricted on many
of the small surrounding side streets. 40 Wall Street is located between William and Broad Streets.
Passengers should be dropped at the intersection of William and Wall Streets. The office is a half block
west of that intersection. Visitors coming from New Jersey should park near Broadway and Wall Street and
walk two and a half blocks east to 40 Wall Street.
