Northwest Farm Credit Services Vehicle Bid Sale

Northwest Farm Credit Services is offering 43 cars, SUVs, and trucks for sale that have been leased by Northwest FCS.
The vehicles to be sold are listed on the reverse side. Northwest Farm Credit Services’ customers, employees, friends,
local advisors and directors have the opportunity to purchase these vehicles.
Vehicle Condition
The description of vehicle conditions are defined as follows:

Good – Paint is in good condition, no major dents, interior is not ripped or torn, not badly soiled, no major
mechanical problems are known, tires have 30 percent or more rubber.

Fair – One or more of the following: Exterior is dented and/or needs paint, interior is soiled, upholstery is ripped
or torn, major mechanical work might be needed within the next 10,000 miles, tires have less than 30 percent of
rubber.
Waiver of Warranty
The buyer is responsible for any manufacturer recalls that might need to be performed on the vehicle. You can
have this checked at your local dealership. The descriptions of vehicle conditions are based on the opinion of
Northwest Farm Credit Services, which does not warrant the actual condition of any vehicle. Buyers should
satisfy themselves as to the true condition of the vehicle. Vehicles may be inspected and further information
obtained at the Northwest FCS office WHERE THE VEHICLE IS LOCATED. All sales are final, “as is” and without
any warranty, either expressed or implied.
Submission of Bids
To bid on a vehicle, fill out the 2017 Vehicle Auction Bid form and mail to:

The maximum number of vehicles an individual can bid on is two. If you are the winning bidder for two vehicles, you may

opt to purchase your 1 choice only, or both vehicles.
Bids submitted below the minimum will not be accepted. If a bid at or above the minimum is not received, the vehicle will
be sent to public auction.
Vehicle Inspection
In most cases, vehicles will be available for viewing and inspection at the Northwest FCS office where the vehicle is
located. Please contact the office prior to your visit to ensure the vehicle is available for viewing.
Awarding of Bids
Northwest FCS will notify the highest bidders (equal to or above the minimum bid) of the auction results no later than
January 27, 2017. Detailed payment instructions with the total amount due will be provided to the winning bidders at the
conclusion of the auction. Payment must be made in the form of a cashier’s check for the bid total plus any applicable
taxes and a $115 documentation fee. Applicable sales tax will be collected at the time of sale if the purchaser is located in
Idaho or Washington. The buyer may pick up the vehicle once payment is confirmed and the title and registration has
been transferred into the buyer’s name.
All vehicles must be picked up by the purchaser at the Northwest FCS office where the vehicle is located. Payment in full
must be received within ten (10) business days of notification to the purchaser. If payment is not received, the vehicle will
be sold to the next highest bidder or sent to public auction.
