Picnic in a park
Yesterday I had a picnic with my parents in Bell Park. “Today is a sunny day!”
Dad said.
When we were enjoying the sandwiches, two dog were barking and
fighting. They ruined our food and spilled our juice.
Finally, we went to a supermarket to buy some food. Then we went home
and cooked them. We enjoyed our food at home.

Advice on healthy diets
Some types of food are good for us and others are not.
Grain products are good for us because they give you energy. We need to
eat lots of grain products every day.
Fried food is bad for us because they make us fat. It is an idea to eat less
fried food. It has too much oil.
So let’s follow this good advice and be healthy!

Queenie’s birthday party
One day, Queenie invited Ken to her birthday party and she said, “Ken,
when you come to my birthday party, bring your puppy, Bobby.” “OK!” Ken said.
“I draw a map to you.” Queenie said. “Go out of your home. Turn right into
Star Road. Walk straight ahead. Walk across the road. My home is one your left. The
bank is next to my home.
Ken put a suit on Bobby’s body. It was cool! Queenie was very happy.
Then, they sang a birthday song, “Oh!” Ken said. He was scared. Bobby ate
the birthday cake.
They are unhappy because Bobby ate the birthday cake.

Healthy Eating
Good morning, Principal, teachers and fellow schoolmates. In the morning,
we need to have breakfast. At noon, we need to have lunch. In the evening, we need
to have dinner.
We need to eat more vegetables, rice and fruit because they are healthy.
We need to drink eight glasses of water each day because water is good for our teeth.
We need to eat less meat because it makes us fat. We need to eat fewer sweets and
drink less cola because they are bad for our teeth.
We need to remember Smart Lunch “ 3 2 1 “.
Thank you!
