COMMERCIAL WARRANTY
Our Commercial Warranty provides 10 or 12 years protection from defects
in commercial property.

COMMERCIAL simple completion
LABC Warranty Simple Completion has been designed for companies or
individuals selling completed or partially completed developments due to the
insolvency of the developer.
Where a developer has become insolvent any previously agreed collateral
warranties are likely to be void. LABC Warranty can provide fully transferable
protection to any purchasers of the development.
This security will increase the marketability and help you preserve the value of
the development.
COLLATERAL WARRANTY INSURANCE (CWI)
The protection provided by collateral warranties is dependent upon the
party providing the warranty remaining solvent for the duration of the
agreement. Our unique Collateral Warranty Insurance will protect you
should the contractor providing the collateral warranty become insolvent.
MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL INSURANCE (M&E)
If your developments include equipment such as lifts, escalators, ventilation
or distribution systems then our M&E cover used in conjunction with our
structural warranty can provide you with comprehensive protection.
