Offensive Player of the Week
Pat Conley, Colby
(Senior, QB - Bath, ME)
Conley accounted for 22 of Colby's 29 points
in a 29-7 win over Hamilton on Saturday.
The senior quarterback had touchdown
passes of 6 and 5 yards, a 7-yard touchdown
run and while holding for the snap on an extra
point attempt, Conley tucked the ball in and
ran in for a two-point conversion as well.
He was 13-for-23 through the air for 165
yards.

Torched Wesleyan for a trio of interceptions and a 33-yard touchdown
return in Saturday's 14-13 loss at
Wesleyan. The senior leads the conference with seven interceptions.

(Soph., LB - Westbrook, CT)
The conference’s leading rusher, Amherst’s Fletcher Ladd, gained 173 yards on 38 carries, and is on
pace to shatter Josh Mason's single-season school record of 1,220 rushing yards, set in 1994. Freshman linebacker Gavin Weeks finished with four tackles and 1.5 sacks in Saturday's 14-13 loss at
Wesleyan...Bates running back Sean Atkins carried the ball 31 times for 115 yards in Bates' 28-7 loss
at Middlebury...Bowdoin sophomore running back Rob Patchett had another strong performance,
carrying the ball 26 times for 85 yards against Trinity on Saturday. Rookie linebacker Brian Duggan
had an impressive day against Trinity, collecting 10 solo tackles- including two for a loss- and had a
forced fumble for the Polar Bears...Mike Moran once again led Colby in tackles with 11 (5 solo, 6
assists) in a 29-7 victory over Hamilton. Freshman John Goss was 3-for-3 in extra points on a
blustery day and had a key on-sides kick that led to a Colby touchdown...Hamilton’s Marcus Juba
had 10 total tackles including three for a loss versus Colby. Freshman quarterback Brandon Holtslag
accounted for 105 of the 177 yards by Hamilton's offense last Saturday...Middlebury’s Mike Keenan
threw three touchdown passes and compiled 190 yards of total offense. Pat Allen made 11 tackles,
one for loss and two pass break-ups as Middlebury topped Bates 28-7...Trinity’s Brian Fabrizio
carried the ball 16 times for 105 yards and two touchdowns in a 35-14 win at Bowdoin. David
Rooney had 10 tackles at the nose tackle position (five solo) and added 1.5 sacks, and three quarterback pressures in a 35-14 win at Bowdoin...Tufts kicker Marcellus Rolle kicked a Tufts broke a 22year old school record converting a 49-yard field goal. Mark Tilki had two interceptions with 57
yards in returns, five solo tackles, and three kickoff returns for 70 yards...Junior Young Douglas
scored both Wesleyan touchdowns on runs of 3 and 4 yards. A blocked punt by Greg Thomas midway through the third quarter gave Wesleyan the ball at the Amherst 20 which led to the winning
touchdown in a 14-13 victory...Williams running back Tim Crawley came off the bench to rush 15
times for 162 yards and a touchdown. His 65 yard touchdown run with 3:09 left in the 4th quarter
sealed the victory for the Ephs. Graham Goldwasser tallied a safety for the Ephs trailing 28-27 with
3:28 left in the 4th quarter which put Williams on top for good.

Francis, who sat out all last year with
an injury, was all over the field with 18
total tackles, 12 solo and six assisted.
He leads Wesleyan, and the conference,
in tackles this year with 60.
