Calvin Coolidge School Summer Reading/Math

Calvin Coolidge School Summer Reading/Math
Dear Incoming Grade 2 Students,
Attached is a list of grade level appropriate books that you are required to
select two from to read over the summer. In addition, you will need to
complete the attached book report assignment sheet for each selection. We
also expect you to continue to build upon your math skills, as well, over the
summer. To help accomplish this we ask that you visit the math websites that
are listed below. They will allow for some fun and exciting ways to build and
strengthen your math computational skills through games and interactive
activities.
Your completed assignments will be turned into your homeroom teacher in
September. They will be counted towards your 1st marking period reading
grade.
Have a very happy, healthy and enjoyable summer!
