2017 Spring Celebration Show Information Sheet
Date of Show: Saturday, March 18th, 2017
Time: 7:00pm
Location: Chaboya Middle School Gymnasium (San Jose) Rehearsals are at ATA.

Online registration begins Tuesday, January 3rd at 10:00AM (first come, first served basis) **Must be a
currently enrolled student. Please give us a call or stop by our front desk if you are unsure of which
performance group your child should be in. Do this BEFORE JANUARY 3RD so that you will be prepared to
complete the online registration.
Costumes:
Costume sizing will be done at ATA on the following dates:
Saturday, Jan 14th between 1:00pm and 3:00pm—SS1:Intro 4-6 years girls, SS2:Novice/Intermediate 5-7 yrs. girls,
SS3:Novice 7-12 yrs. / Intermediate 7-9 yrs. girls
Sunday, Jan 15th between 1:30pm and 3:20pm—SS4:Intermediate 10+ yrs. / Advanced 6+ yrs. girls, SS5:Power
Tumbling girls
SS6: Boys-will be sized during their first rehearsal
Tickets: To see the show, you must purchase tickets for all family members/friends. Tickets must be
purchased on the day of your child’s costume sizing, up to a maximum of 4 tickets per family. If available, extra
tickets may be purchased beginning Friday, March 10th until they are sold out. Tickets may not be purchased
the day of the show or during rehearsals. Tickets are $8.00 per adult and $5 per child ages 5-12 yrs. Children
4 and under are free.
Attendance at all 3 rehearsals is mandatory to participate in the show! Children may need to arrive at Chaboya
up to 3 hours early on the day of the show for rehearsal prior to the show. Times will be passed out at the
second rehearsal.
