Roasting Hogs: Fresh Roasting Hog, figure one pound per
person. Customer picks up hog fresh and roasts and carves

On- Site Carving Presentation: Williams
Brothers slow smokes the hog in our smokehouse,
then brings it to your location and carves it on site.
$5.99 per to pound of hog. This price per person includes,
roasting hog (fully cooked), one man’s labor for carving the hog.
Fully Cooked Roasting Hog: Williams Brothers
fully cooks the hog in our smokehouse, and the
customer picks up the hog fully cooked and brings
it to their location and carves it themselves.
