In all other Individual Stroke Play Finishes, besides first and second place finishes, tie scores will remain ties, and tie breaker procedures will not apply. For example if the 9th to 12th place scores are the same as the 10th place finish, these scores will all generate Top Finish Points because these stroke play ties will remain ties. Individual Gross Finishers in red ink were in Gross Pool. (x) = Player not pointing for the team. TF = Top Finish Points M = Match Points DPP = Dan Price Points are for Individual Low Gross Power Ratings only and do not accrue to the team. Beaver Brook pools were posted originally at 11pm, August 1. ________________________________________________________ BEAVER BROOK PACE OF PLAY FIGURES: Pace of play was very sluggish. Beaver Brook Golf & Sardine Factory runs their tee times on a ridiculous schedule of 8-minute intervals, and were pressuring us at the first tee to send out groups in “sardine-formation” one on top of one another. This squeeze at the first tee, and some very difficult pin placements contributed to very slow play. All year long courses have been giving us 10-minute intervals, which really has helped our pace of play this year. We recorded times for all groups after the 16th hole, and got a few finish times recorded. From our records the 19th group, of 21 groups in the field, started at 12:03pm and finished at 5:03pm, for a 5 hour round. We did have a few groups whose rounds exceeded five hours, but since we had groups at the end of the field doing 5 hours, under these circumstances, we didn’t bang any of the groups.
