NOTE: Services on the SIM card will be discontinued in case of non-usage (no voice/video calls, outgoing SMS, data usage and VAS activations) for a continuous period of 90 days. Following actions are liable to be performed by VSL:
1. In case of non-usage for a continuous period of 90 days , subscriber having an account balance more than or equal to Rs.20, will be debited an amount of Rs.20 and the card services will be extended for 30 days under Automatic Number
Retention Scheme (ANRS). The process will continue till the time account balance is more than or equal to Rs.20.
2. If during this process, subscriber's account balance becomes less than Rs.20, the number will be deactivated. However the subscriber can get the same number reactivated within 15 days of disconnection by paying reactivation charges of
Rs.20.
* Customer with lifetime validity needs to do mandatory recharge with Rs.200 cumulative in 180 days to avoid disconnection.
* Any unused talk time and validity after such disconnection will be forfeited.
* As per Government regulations, effective 20th November 12, any SMS usage beyond 100 SMS per day will be charged at applicable base rate.
* In Plan Voucher 197 the above mentioned roaming rates are applicable only while roaming on Vodafone Network.
* No usage for any continuous period of 60 days would result in discontinuation of subscription; Usage is defined as no incoming or outgoing in Home/Roam/GPRS/SMS usage. Blackout Days: 1st Jan 2016- New Year Day, 23rd Mar 2016- Holi, 29th
