the above section of the land known as Land off Wide Lane more particularly
delineated on the attached plan accompanying this statement and thereon edged
red.

On the 25th Day of October 2OOO I transferred the said land to myself and Priestgate
Morley Limited and since this date the said land has been owned jointly by myself
and Priestgate Morley Limited within the meaning of the above section.
The aforementioned land lies in the Parish of Morley.
No ways over the land have been dedicated as highways.
The deposit shallcomprise this statement and accompanying plan.

Morley Limited ("The Company")

of Dartmouth and the Company jointly deposited with Leeds City Council, being the
appropriate Council, a statement accompanied by a plan delineating the property by
red edging which stated that there are no definitive or dedicated Rights of Way over
the property

confirm that there are no additional public ways over the land edged red on the Plan
and in the statemenr dated .
