nce you have enrolled in the Northside ISD Health plan and received your Insurance I.D. card you may go to the Gold’s Gym of your choice

Does Gold’s Gym have child care services?
Y es, Gold’s Gym offers a Kids’ Club at 19 San Antonio locations. Medical Center and Downtown do not. This service is included at
our Gold Tier locations and can be added with a minimal fee to the Ruby, Platinum and Black Tier locations. For details on adding
the Kids’ Club service please contact your location of choice.
What if I am an existing member of Gold’s Gym?
W
hen you complete the enrollment form for your NISD membership, simply include your barcode number and we will convert
your existing membership to the new NISD membership.
As a member can I use other Gold’s Gym locations around the world?
Y es, a Travel Pass is available at the front desk which will allow you to visit any of our great locations around the world. For a complete list of
locations visit us at goldsgym.com or stop by the front desk for details.
What if I’m a Northside ISD employee but am not covered on the Northside ISD Health Plan? Can I still become a member?
Y es. Any Northside ISD employee not participating in the Northside ISD Health Plan will have the opportunity to enroll directly with Gold’s Gym
at a discounted membership rate. Visit your nearest Gold’s Gym for more details.
