PHONE: (972) 562-2601 Rosa Sanchez August 30, 1926 - March 17, 2012 Rosa Sanchez, age 85, of McKinney, Texas passed away March 17, 2012. She was born August 30, 1926 in McKinney, Texas to Andrew Sanchez and Gregoria (Hernandez) Sanchez. She worked at Haggar for twenty-eight years. Rosa also worked in the cafeteria at Texas Instruments for ARA following her term at Haggar. She was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, where she was very active in numerous church activities. She is survived by her son, Gabriel Sanchez and wife, Dana of McKinney, Texas; grandson, Matthew Gabriel Sanchez; brothers and sisters, Elias Sanches, Mary Garza, Andrew Sanchez, Dolores Ramirez, Frances Rangel, Manuel R. Sanchez, Uvelia Sanchez, Elia Turner and numerous, nieces and nephews and a host of other loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew and Gregoria Sanchez; brothers, Willie Sanchez, Daniel Sanchez, Joseph Sanchez and Jesse Sanchez; sisters, Beatrice Yougas and Antonia Garza. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, McKinney, Texas. Interment will follow at Pecan Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends during a visitation on Monday evening at 6:00 p.m. with a Rosary Service beginning at 7:00 p.m., at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home, Allen, Texas.
