Project Pitch
Our wonderfully detailed Lego smart-city illustrates successful projects and practices emanating from the
legendary minds within STV’s Philadelphia and Pittsburgh offices. Our vision and teamwork transcended all
obstacles, including distance, to create a masterpiece. The journey started on paper, transitioned to 3D
modeling, and concluded with blood, sweat, and sometimes even tears.
The overall theme revolves around a transportation hub which includes a train station, bus stop, subway station,
car rental, and a mixed-use trail. The infrastructure and clients depicted in our model represent the various
professional services offered by STV’s Philadelphia and Pittsburgh employees. These services include
Construction Management (Boeing facility), Highways / Bridges (Pennsylvania Turnpike), and Vehicles &
Systems (SEPTA), Planning (PATCO), Energy (pipeline), Environmental (green infrastructure), Buildings &
Facilities, and STV University. We strive to be the best in all that we do!
