club offers activities for everyone!
Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Country Club of
Pittsfield. We pride ourselves on maintaining over 114 years of rich history
and tradition. Although times have changed throughout the century, the
Club has remained focused on the same main objective, to provide the finest
activities and social events available to its members, families and friends.
Our Country Club allows our members the ability to share their social and
recreational interests in a casual and private setting, which transpires into
the development of ongoing relationships with other members and staff.
The CC of P gives you the opportunity to become a part of a long standing
history of Berkshire County. We are the only year round full service club
in the Berkshires. Your decision to join the Country Club of Pittsfield may
be inspired by our sporting and social offerings, but it will be validated each
year by the relationships forged with other members and our dedicated staff.

Initiation Fee
All membership categories are subject to an initiation fee. Please
check with the main office for current rates and incentives.
A change in membership to any other classification may require
payment of an additional initiation fee.
Country Club
of Pittsfield
To apply for a membership:
1)Complete the nomination form in its entirety, including
the names of your sponsoring member and two (2) seconding members, all of whom are to have been a CC of P
Member for at least 2 years. Your sponsor will assist you
with your two seconders if you do not have them. The
signed, completed nomination form and a check for the
appropriate initiation fee are to be sent to the Membership
Committee, Country Club of Pittsfield, P. O. Box 538,
Pittsfield, MA 01202-0538.
2)The next step in the process is to have your sponsor get
the three (3) letters of recommendation (sponsoring and
seconding) to the Membership Committee. Once these
letters are received and, should you not know two (2)
members of the Board of Directors, you will be invited
to meet with two Board Members. The Board, upon
completion of the above requirements, will then vote to
circulate your name(s) for membership to the entire CC
of P Membership. After the 2 week waiting period has
been completed the Board of Directors will vote, at its
next meeting, on approving your CC of P Membership.
3)Once approved, and if there is no “waiting list” at the
time, you will be notified of the date for your required
orientation at which you will receive your account number for Club charges and information on all areas of the
CC of P. Once you’ve participated in the orientation,
your sponsor will continue to be available to see that
your transition into Club life is smooth, answer any
questions you may have and guide you through your initial months as a member.
Restaurant Minimum
Each member category requires a restaurant minimum
with the exception of Junior Memberships. Minimums
are either monthly or yearly and apply to food, beverage, to go orders and club events. Please inquire with the
Main Office for details.
Annual Assessment
May be required (and may vary per member category) in order to
support capital improvements to the facility.

On Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays:
• 2 Members & 2 Guests will not be allowed to play before 9:30 AM.
• 1 Member & 2 or 3 Guests will not be allowed to play before 9:30 AM.
• 3 Members & 1 Guest - no restrictions.
No guest may be substituted for a member once the reservation has been made.
If the rules are not followed your tee time will be forfeited.
Guests Playing without Members
Member Sponsored Groups $99 PGA Professional Sponsored $149
All unaccompanied play will be approved at the discretion at the Head Golf Pro.
Restricted Playing Times:
• Tuesday & Thursday AM
• Wednesday - 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• Friday - 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays - After 3:00 PM
Guests Playing with Members 9 Holes
$50 Per Player (cart not included)
On weekends & holidays the playing time is restricted to after 3:00 PM.
Pro Shop Hours
In Season:
Everyday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or Dusk
Bag Storage
In Season:
Everyday 6:30 AM – Dusk
Practice Tee
In Season:
Everyday 7:00 AM– 7:00 PM
*practice tee will close one hour before dusk.
Unlimited range balls all season. Please hit balls
at range only. Range balls are not allowed on golf
course or practice putting green.

Yearly Social Events
The Country Club prides itself on being the
center of social activities for all of our members. The Club hosts a variety of events year
round ranging from our Opening Cocktail
Party in May to the Santa’s Brunch in December and everything in between. We hope
you will make the Club your #1 destination
