ŽEMLOVKA Apple bread pudding INGREDIENTS: Rolls (8 pieces) Warm milk (1 liter) Apples (8 pieces) Sugar (1 cup) Eggs (3 pieces) Cinnamon Vanilla sugar (1 packet) COOKING: 1. Prepare a plate and grease it with butter. Prepare milk and warm it. 2. Peel the apples. Grate them. 3. Sprinkle grated apples with cinnamon and sugar and mix it all together 4. Slice the rolls and dip them in milk one by one. 5. Put the rolls on a plate one beside the other 6. Put a layer of apples on the rolls and cover it with another layer of the rolls 7. Break the eggs mix them with a bit of milk 8. Sprinkle it with vanilla sugar 9. Pour the eggs and milk on top of the rolls 10. Preheat the oven to 200 °C 11.
