AERO SPACE Kinross
Human curiosity and exploration is what continues
to drive us forward on a journey to discover the
unknown. It is part of our DNA to want to break
boundaries and push beyond our scientific and
technical limits. Our interest in what’s ‘out there’ is
universal and enduring, so we should never
underestimate the strength of the human spirit to
want to keep going even further.
At AERO SPACE Kinross we want you to experience
the thrill of going even further! We want to take you
on a journey of discovery that goes beyond your
dreams and connects you to other worlds and
technologies that are simply beyond our everyday
reach. We want you to explore the wonders of flight
and embark upon an epic journey to OUTER SPACE.

Kids are fascinated by space and flight. Parents want to
expose their children to experiences that fuel their
imaginations and inspire their thoughts beyond the usual
mainstream forms of entertainment. To see the
wonderment on a child’s face or hear that sharp intake of
breath when they see something amazing for the first time
is invaluable. It’s what childhoods are made of and it’s
what parents continually strive to find.
ASK will deliver a unique experience to suit the whole
family using online and A/V technology to enable largescale displays of flight simulation and interactive games.
Huge visuals will be displayed alongside physical artifacts
and models, as well as harnessing state of the art
technology to translate awesome images and sounds
including live transmissions from the likes of NASA, ESA,
and the International Space Station. Immersive film, virtual
and augmented reality will bring space and flight to life
and help us achieve a Disney style experience right in the
heart of Scotland.

THE BENEFITS
To Infinity and beyond!
Not only is ASK located amongst some of Scotland’s best Universities and tourist attractions, it is to be staffed with a crew of
young enthusiastic (postgraduate) men and women who will assist visitors to experience and explore the science, technology,
engineering and maths ("STEM") of flight, astronomy and space exploration. The government has identified STEM as vital to our
future economic development, and ASK will assist in meeting this key national strategic goal.
ASK will exceed the demands of any major tourist attraction with an onsite retail centre, parking, café and restaurant, event and
function facility and the latest in technology to suit all ages.
Events organisers will be queuing to get in and start planning their next event at ASK. With its unique theme and visually
stunning displays of aircraft and space missions, the centre will make the perfect venue for corporate functions, exhibitions,
annual dinners, award ceremonies, charity balls, school and college visits and weddings.
While ASK can be compared to Science Centres, Museums and Planetariums, it will be unique in Scotland by virtue of its
theme, artifacts, displays and interactive technology, not to mention
Did
its educational benefit to individuals and the wider community.

By highlighting the challenges related to human
space exploration and inspiring people to want
to join forces in addressing these challenges, we
are able to expand technology, create new
industries, and help to foster a peaceful
connection with other nations.
Lets bring all of these entertainment,
educational, tourism and global benefits to
Scotland and play host to something we can all
be extremely proud of both here at home and
across the rest World.
