All blood samples are obtained via venepuncture. This involves the surgical puncture of a vein (usually a
large superficial one on the inner aspect of the elbow) with a needle to withdraw blood. All equipment
used is sterile and single use only.
Results take 5 - 7 working days and you will be given the original results form for your reference and a
written interpretation. Please read disclaimer for further details.
