Financial Aid refunds issued by check will be available on September 7, 2016* Financial Aid refunds issued by direct deposit will be available to students as the refunds are processed beginning September 1, 2016. *Students registered for more than 5 credits will be charged an overload fee. This fee is $2,855.00 for a full credit or pro-rated for a partial credit. The charge will be based on the student’s registration on the last day to add a class, which is September 1, 2016 for the fall semester. If the credit on your statement is a result of your Official Payments Payment Plan account, a refund will be given when the semester contract has been completed. You may wish to contact Official Payments at payplan.officialpayments.com to adjust your contract. If the credit on your statement is a result of your Texas Tomorrow Fund account, a refund will be given when the funds have been received, after September 30, 2016.
