This year Germany’s most romantic city
has improved their decade old language
course concept. The 2011 course will have
an ecological theme, a variety of new concepts, and most of all will benefit from
the combined hospitality of two cities.
Our idea is to get you out of the libraries, classrooms and laboratories you spent
most of your days (and nights) in and back
into nature and the sun. Moving the whiteboard outside and letting us educate each
other on different topics or places we visit
will allow everyone to be a guide and simultaneously
improve
their
German.
Basically its like on a field trip but instead of a
teacher who tells you what to write about, you
decide what you tell us. We from AEGEE Heidelberg and AEGEE Darmstadt will help you
prepare your talk on our sights or culture and
in this way improve not only your grammar and
pronunciation, but also your presenting skills.

or forests. Especially the huge “Schlosspark” in the heart of the city provides many
possibilities for relaxing, sun bathing and

begin to fall from the sky. Ringing the bell of
a friend you start to listen the sound of a bagpipe.

Nijmegen:
Situated on the banks of the river Waal, Nijmegen is the oldest
city in the Netherlands, close to the border with Germany. This
relaxed student town is famous for one of the biggest festivals in the Netherlands, and you will enjoy it when in town!
Veluwe National Park:
This national park is the biggest lowland nature reserve in
Western Europe. We will explore the beautiful nature in this
park on foot and on our bicycles, and if you are lucky, you can
even spot some wildlife!
Utrecht:
Utrecht is not only the geographical centre of the Netherlands,
it’s also the biggest student city in this country. You will marvel
at the beautiful Medieval city core, go canoeing on the canals
and enjoy the city’s vibrant student life.
The Hague:
The political capital of the Netherlands and the location of the
International Court of Justice. You will get involved into politics
and international law in this great city, and we visit the beach
in Scheveningen (try to pronounce that!)
Amsterdam:
Who doesn’t know the Rijksmuseum, Vincent van Gogh, the
Anne Frank House, the canals, the Red Light District and the
city’s cosmopolitan outlook? You surely know about all of this

Wrocław:
