We are thrilled to announce the launch of Galleria Supermarket’s 13th Family Pumpkin Carving
Contest! As we love to be inspired by youngsters, we are pleased to be providing our
members with a FREE PUMPKIN and a chance to win fantastic PRIZES. Our free pumpkins can
be carved, painted, or decorated, and the best three pumpkins win. A free gift will be given to
all entrants.
Eligibility
The contest is open to all families with children between grade 1 and grade 6 who are Galleria
Supermarket members. If you are not a member yet, you can simply visit our customer service
centre and apply for a membership card.
How To Enter
An application form must be filled out; it can be downloaded at www.galleriasm.com or
picked up at Customer Service in store. All participants must submit their application form to
Customer Service between September 29th and October 13th, 2016. All entrants can claim their
free pumpkin at Customer Service from October 15 th to October 19 th. Pumpkins must be
brought to the branch indicated on your entry form by 9pm on October 19th. A gift will be
given to each entrant when their pumpkin is submitted.
Judging
Pumpkins will be voted by our in-store customers and online fans. Pumpkin photos will be
displayed in our two branches and shared on our Facebook and Instagram from October 21 th
to October 28 th. The three pumpkins with the highest number of stickers (in-store photos) and
“likes” (online) will be selected. Winners will be contacted on October 31 and November 1.
Award Ceremony
The winners will be invited to claim their prizes in Galleria Supermarket’s 13th Annual Family
Pumpkin Carving Contest Award on November 5 at our York Mills branch.
