were forbidden to know the truth about the heir. We dozens of times a day,

What promises Putin? What we want, crave to hear, see, have: a great power,
cares about the people, the fight against corruption, dictatorship of the law.

deputies formed by decision number 22 of 10/01/92, the 13 session of the St.
Petersburg City Council People's Deputies.

KBC has concluded agreements with intermediary firms to export resources

Putin took the company to your liking, completely behind the scenes. They are
not the manufacturer of the exported raw materials, did not provide contracts
with foreign firms for imports of food, some is an organization with 100%
foreign investment, etc.
Today, in his book, Putin admitted that "some firms have not complied with the

Putin, but because of the absolute inadequacy of legal contracts signed FAC
"on behalf of" all the same Putin or A.Anikina.
Bottom line: the city has not received products and "lost" about 92 million
dollars.
The subject of these contracts was in such a strange form of barter: "The
Committee provides a vendor license to export" of a certain type and amount of
resources, the supplier shall exchange them for food products. How the matter
of food, we already know. And what happened with the licenses?
FAC, in violation of said RF Government Decree № 90 of 31.12.91, according
to which the right to issue licenses for the importation and exportation of goods
has been given only to the Committee of Foreign Economic Relations of Russia
(later transformed into the Ministry) and its authorized local (and anyone else)
issued licenses worth over 95 million dollars.
License signed mainly A.Anikin. Putin signed a two - 20 December 1991 on
the export firm "Nevsky House" 150,000 tons of petroleum products worth
more than 32 million dollars, and 26 December 1991 on the export of JSC
"Fivekor" 50,000 m3 of timber worth about 3 million .dollarov. Amazingly,
both of these licenses were issued of the firm even before the government has
allocated quota (9.1.92), the up and signing contracts with them: with the
"Nevsky home" agreement was signed in January 1992 (exact date not

agreement with the President of the Group "International Commerce Centre"

150 thousand. Petroleum products" worth more than 32 million dollars . This is
the same 150 thousand tons of oil products, which are then "moved" to a
