GUARANTEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Intelight Sp. z o.o. makes a 24-month warranty on the equipment it sells, from the date of issue of the
invoice by Intelight Sp. z o.o. Exception are consumables (components), which are susceptible to wear from
normal use, such as batteries, rechargeable batteries, light sources etc.
2. The detailed scope of claim repairs is described in Claim Procedure
3. The guarantee covers exclusively physical defects inherent to the production-based qualities of the
equipment, i.e. hidden defects based on production defects and hidden material defects.
4. The guarantee remains valid only if the equipment is stored, installed and used in an appropriate
manner.
5. Guarantee does not cover:
a) mechanical, thermal, chemical damage and all other damage caused as a result of unlawful act or
omission of the user or the influence of external factors (mains overcurrent, thunderbolt discharge, use not
compliant with the operation manual, damage cased by intrusion of foreign material inside the equipment.
e.g. moisture, corrosion, dust, etc.)
b) damage caused as a result of normal, partial or complete wear.
c) inappropriate network connection.
d) damage caused as a result of:
•
inappropriate installation carried out by unqualified persons or without valid Polish Electrician
Association license.
•
inappropriate use of the equipment, not compliant to the design and operating manual.
•
inappropriate maintenance.
•
changes to the design made by the user or any third parties.
•
circumstances being the responsibility of neither the manufacturer, nor seller, and specifically due
to installation or use being not appropriate or not compliant with the operating manual, or other
reasons for damaging the equipment attributable to the user or other third parties.
6. Quantity complaints due to the difference between the quantity quoted in the order and the quantity of
the good received by the Client or Client’s partner and claims due to damage during transport must be
made within seven days from the date of delivery. The customer must inspect the delivered equipment
each time and in the case of ascertained or suspected damage during transport, prepare a dame protocol in
cooperation with the courier who has made the shipment.
7. Quality claims have to be made within 14 days from the date of discovering the defect.
8. After accepting the claim, Intelight sp. z o.o. shall collect the damaged goods at their own expense in
accordance with Claim Procedure. If there is no possibility of repair or replacement for a new, faultless
product, Intelight Sp. z o.o. shall issue a correction document to the purchase invoice that refers to the
damaged goods. The way a complaint is to be handled is at the discretion of Intelight Sp. z o.o.
9. The receipt of the defective goods by the courier under the Door-to-Door scheme is possible only after
positive verification of the warranty claim and the issue of RMA reference number. All other parcels or
letters related to the claim will not be collected and therefore not verified.
10. In the case of unjustified claim all the costs incurred by Intelight Sp. z o. o. authorized service will be
assigned to the claimant.
11. Authorised service of Intelight Sp. z o.o. will issue the final and binding information on the manner of
claim settlement within the period of 21 days.

VI. Final provisions:
1. Intelight Sp. z o.o. is not responsible for mechanical defects of the equipment.
2. Intelight Sp. z o.o.is not responsible for the compatibility of sold equipment with any other equipment
owned or purchased by the Client.
3. If the equipment shipped via courier to the address quoted in the claim is not collected by the Client
twice, it shall become the property of Intelight Sp. z o.o.
4. Intelight Sp. z o.o. is not obliged to supply the Purchaser with any replacement equipment for the time of
repair.
