Tickets: one price for all ages - $50.00, your ticket includes the Railroading Merit Badge Day, the "All You Can
Eat" lunch buffet and an all-day Knott's Berry Farm Park admission until 10:00 PM, which also includes fun
with your buddies, and all the thrilling rides.

The Boy Scout Railroading Merit Badge Day will include presentations and activities, which will fulfill
all the requirements for all Boy Scouts to earn the Railroading Merit Badge.
Limited to 500 Tickets! This event will include all-day admission to Knott’s Berry Farm and
all Railroading Merit Badge Day activities. Only 500 tickets are available to the first 500 participants
(Scouts, leaders, guardians, siblings & friends). To attend, Scouts must be an active member of a
Boy Scout Troop, Team, Ship, or Crew. Adults attending must be a BSA unit member, guardian or
family member of an attending Scout. Everyone will be treated to a private tour of the Roundhouse
and also a private tour of a Parlor Car and a Business Car - vintage 1880s, which are not open to the public.
Schedule: 7:50 - 8:00 AM sharp. Pick up your tickets at the Knott's entrance ticket booths. Check-in
at the Boardwalk Ballroom by 8:15 AM. The Railroading Merit Badge Day concludes after lunch at
2:30 PM (lunch is now 90 minutes in order to support the "All you Can Eat Buffet." Then it's off
to the thrills & chills of Knott's Berry Farm Amusement Park. There will be OPEN seating for this
event. If Scouts wish to sit together, it's first-come first-served for seating. There is seating for
everyone. Scouts will sit 8 to a table along with 2 Associate Merit Badge Counselors. See the table
seating layout in the back of your special Railroading Workbook available on our website. Activities:
8:15 a.m. – 1:30 PM. Each 5-table group of 40 Scouts will rotate, Round-Robin style, through
requirements 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, & 8 in 30 minute sessions. Requirement 1a-c & 5a-c are prerequisites
and must be completed before arriving at Knott’s Berry Farm.
