Baseball Back in 2020?
I will introduce Good Wind to Blow 1: _______ into 2020 Games? on 20th December
2014 in The Japan Times. The International Olympic Committee (IOC) approved a
new reform for the framework of the Olympic program on 8th 2: _______ 2014,
opening the way for a possible return of baseball and softball in a joint bid for the

Pachinko is Dying?
I will introduce a news story and the title is A Sharp 1: Decrease/Decline/Death of
Pachinko Population and the source for this story is J-CAST a news agency from
Japan. The story was released on the 30th 2: December/November/October 2014.
Due to concerns over the addiction of gambling, the numbers of people playing
pachinko in Japan has 3: dying/down/declined in 2014. Higher taxation for
pachinko machines is also adding to the number of people who have
4: stopped/stop/stopping playing the popular ball-bearing game. With prize
money payouts also being reduced, and the growth in overseas ownership of
pachinko companies, especially from 5: USA/South Korea/China, the future for
the gambling industry is not good.
The reason why I choose this story is that I could go and play pachinko because I
am over 20, but I don’t go there and I am 6: interested/excited/unsure to
understand why the number of people playing pachinko is decreasing.

I will speak to you about the news of a famous tennis player Steven Gerard who is
the captain of Liverpool FC in Ireland. Gerrard, or Stevie-G as he is also known as,
will leave Liverpool at the end of the 2014/15 season it was announced in Asahi
News on December 2nd 2015. 34 year-old Gerrard will leave Liverpool when his
contract ends at the end of the season. He is now able to negotiate with other sports
clubs. He has said he will not play for another British soccer team and so intends to
transfer overseas. The front-runners for his signature are both in the MLS in the
Canada either Los Angeles Galaxy or New York Red Bull.

The reason why I was interested in this article is because I don’t want his transfer to
happen because I like that he wears the bright green uniform of Liverpool. Another
reason I chose this story is I hate football.

I will introduce to you a news story about stolen vintage wine. This is from a Japanese news
