Promotion Period: October 1, 2014 – December 31, 2014. 3 months qualification
period with additional hold months.
Market/Country: USA/Canada
Overview: Distributors can earn additional payouts by achieving a higher rank during a
very quick time frame. If you continue to advance and achieve additional higher ranks
you will be eligible for more than one rank level of the bonus.
Sapphire – Achieve the Paid-As Rank of Sapphire in your first 31 days and receive
$1000. (Paid with weekly bonuses)
Ruby – Achieve the month-end Paid-As Rank of Ruby in your enrollment month or the
month following your enrollment (Enrollment month + 1) and receive $2500 (paid with
monthly commissions)
Emerald – Achieve the month-end Paid-As Rank of Emerald in either your enrollment
month or the 2 months following your enrollment (Enrollment month + 2) and then hold
the month-end Paid-As Rank of Emerald for the next consecutive month. You will then
receive $5000. (paid with monthly commissions)
You are also eligible for the regular $5000 Emerald Rank Bonus in the Kyäni Global
Compensation Plan. That is a total of $10,000.
Diamond - Achieve the month-end Paid-As Rank of Diamond in either your enrollment
month or the 3 months following your enrollment (Enrollment month + 3) and then hold
the month-end Paid-As Rank of Diamond for next 2 consecutive months. You will then
receive $10,000. (paid with monthly commissions)
You are also eligible for the regular Kyäni Diamond Dream Car Program.
Blue Diamond - Achieve the month-end Paid-As Rank of Blue Diamond in either your
enrollment month or the 4 months following your enrollment (Enrollment month + 4) and
then hold the month-end Paid-As Rank of Blue Diamond for next 2 consecutive months.
You will then receive $25,000. (paid with monthly commissions)
You are also eligible for the regular $25,000 Blue Diamond Rank Bonus in the Kyäni
Global Compensation Plan. That is a total of $50,000.

Example 1: Assume an enrollment date of October 15. Within their first 31 days they
become Sapphire. In November they become Ruby and in December, January, and
February the achieve Diamond. They would earn the following payouts in the table

Distributors Enrolled prior to promotion period
For all existing distributors we will use October 1, 2014 as your “enrollment date” for the
purposes of this promotion. The payouts you can earn will be based on your
September month-end Paid-as Rank.
Pearl and Below – If your September month-end Paid-as Rank is Pearl or below you
will be eligible for all payouts. However, for the Sapphire level payout you will need to
achieve the rank by the end of October and then hold the Rank in November. For the
Ruby rank you will need to achieve the rank of Ruby in either October or November and
then hold the rank for 1 additional month.
Sapphire to Diamond - If your September month-end Paid-as Rank is Sapphire or
above you will be eligible for all payouts above your September month-end Paid-as
Rank with the same rules as new distributors. However, for the Ruby rank you will need
to achieve the rank of Ruby in either October or November and then hold the rank for 1
additional month.

Example 2: Assume a September 2014 month-end Paid-as rank of Pearl. In October
they become Sapphire. In November they become Emerald. In January, February,
and March they achieve Blue Diamond. They would earn the following payouts in the
table below and receive a total payout of $43,500.

Additional qualification requirements:

For new distributors only month-end Paid-As ranks will be used in the
calculations for Ruby to Blue Diamond in this promotion. The Sapphire rank will
use the first 31 days after enrollment.

Bonuses are paid monthly based on the previous month’s paid-as rank. (except
for Sapphire that will be paid with weekly bonuses)

This promotion is open to all USA and Canada Kyäni distributors only. (You must
have a billing and shipping address in USA or Canada).

Any moved legs will not be counted towards this promotion. Any future volume
from that leg will also not be counted. (i.e. Changes of Genealogy).

If your enrollment date (this includes the assignment enrollment date for existing
distributors) is within the promotion period you will be allowed to complete the
promotions within the specified time frames for each rank.

The interpretation and decision about rules and payouts of this promotion by
Kyäni corporate are final, and are not subject to review.

Kyäni reserves the right to amend this promotion at any time.
