Western blot analysis of mouse fibroblasts incubated with
vehicle or 1mM H2O2 for 15 minutes, then the media was
replaced with ice cold PBS + 20mM NEM to alkylate free
cysteine residues, then lysed in RIPA buffer.
Lane 1: Mouse fibroblasts with vehicle, under nonreducing conditions.
Lane 2: Mouse fibroblasts with H2O2, under non- reducing
conditions.
Lane 3: Mouse fibroblasts with vehicle, under reducing
conditions.
