Our courses are demanding, but they
are not beyond the reach of anyone
in average physical condition. In
preparation, aerobic exercise, such as
running, hiking, cycling or walking is
recommended.
Our food is wholesome and hearty.

the necessary gear you’ll need on
your trip.

Every Outward Bound course is
unique because of the participant
