We are having an overnight gathering at Rippling Waters on Friday and
Saturday, August 21st & 22nd. This is open to any lady that would like to

Congrats to our men's softball team for being the Hurricane League and

Tournament CHAMPS for the 3 year in a row! They finished the season
with an overall record of 26-3 and we are praying for a win at the upcoming
Morehead tournament! Way to represent!

September 1 at 10:00AM. If you or someone you know is struggling with
grief after the loss of a loved one, this is a good place to start on the road

We are having a campout at the Acres on September 4 . We will supply
the space and the s’mores and you bring the rest! Campers are
responsible for their own food and supplies. Tents or campers are
welcome! There will be various activities planned or you can just sit and

Come celebrate the beginning of a new school year with friends, food and
fun in the Student Center!
Car Detailing Youth Fund Raiser – 8/22
Vehicle cleaning is by appointment only. Appointments can be made by
calling the church office (304) 757-9222 and will be 8AM-4PM.
Appointments must be made no later than Wednesday, August 19th. All
donations go to support student trips such as State Youth Convention,
Spring Fling, Camp and International Youth Convention.
Cost:
• Silver Package: $25 (donation) = Wash/Wax and hand-dry
• Gold Package: $50 (donation) = Wash/Wax, hand-dry, trash removal,
vacuuming and dusting/detailing.
• Platinum Package: $100 (donation) = Wash/Wax, hand-dry, trash
removal, vacuuming, dusting, upholstery and carpet steam cleaning.
(Platinum package includes to-your-door free pick-up and delivery of your
vehicle, if desired)
3SLI (Tri-Level Student Leadership Institute) Conference—9/25-9/27
College Scholarship Opportunity! This year's 3SLI Conference will be held
at the Holiday Inn and Suites in Cincinnati, OH on September 25th-27th.
Students who complete three years of 3SLI tracks can receive $1500 in
scholarships to Church of God colleges and universities. Cost for TVCOG
Student Leaders is $65. All other students are welcome to attend with the
cost being $130 + 4 meals. Sign-up forms available at the youth booth in
the East Lobby. Registration due by Aug. 26th. Forms received after this
date will be subject to a $25 additional charge.
