“All acts of conscious and unconscious
life are reflexes by their origin”.

Russian physiologist
Our conscious is used and expressed for 15% of
any of our activity. 85% of our activity is
unconscious or/and sub-conscious.
Reflex Integration is the Key for reaching genetic resources and beyond – for easy and natural development, traumatic stress and PTSD recovery

Reflex Definition
A Reflex is:
the genetic/epigenetic
inherent automatic response
of the central nervous system for an
adequate and specific stimulus (tactile,
visual, auditory, vestibular, proprioceptive, or
olfactory) in the form of an adequate and
specific motor/postural/glandular/pupillary/
tympanic membrane reaction activating the
protection and survival strategy of the
organism and thus, the HPA-stress axis
(hypothalamus<->pituitary gland<>adrenals).

Five features of a Reflex:
1. A reflex is a feedback response…not an
independent response
2.A reflex is the result of feedback to stimulus
3.A reflex is based on the excitation of the nervous
system
4.Motor Neurons transmit nerve impulses from the
central nervous system to effectors (muscles and
glands) all over the body
5.A Reflex responds to changes in the environment
