Choosing Kalispell as your meeting destination will
prevent your daily programming from becoming
stagnant. A change of “meeting scenery” will boost

TASTE OF KALISPELL
Blue Canyon
Food is much more than fuel
during meetings and conventions
— it can make or break the event.
With Kalispell’s easily accessible dining options, there is
something for everyone and every group size.
Once a hub of the region’s cattle industry, Kalispell today
is surrounded by thousands of acres of fertile farm and
ranch land. This is reflected in the variety of unique
group locales serving farm-to-table cuisine. For farm
tours, cooking classes and garden dinners, venture to
Purple Frog Gardens, a pesticide-free family market farm
less than half an hour from downtown Kalispell. Nearby
venues also include Conrad Mansion and Diamond B
Ranch, both of which offer year-round opportunities
to create your own one-off event in a beautiful group
setting. With local caterers available to tailor your
group’s menu to dietary preferences and the season’s
local bounty, discover Kalispell’s ability to transform your
meeting into an experience.
Along with our caterers and hotel chefs, our local
restaurants take advantage of Flathead Valley’s
abundance, resulting in excellent local flavors to match
our epic landscape.
For a great downtown happy hour that features a wide
variety of menu selections, head to 406 Bar & Grill. Plan
an evening at Hop’s Downtown Grill to enjoy a locally
raised bison or yak burger paired with craft beer. Stroll
through the swinging doors of Moose’s Saloon for a slice
of local character — and delicious pizza — if a casual
dinner is what you’re after. If your group would prefer
fine dining, surround yourselves with rustic Montana
charm and enjoy the elk tenderloin at Blue Canyon
Kitchen & Tavern.
And when you just can’t get enough or would like to take
a piece of our valley home with you, visit the Kalispell
Farmers Market for fresh fruits and vegetables, local
meats and artful crafts.

GROUP ACTIVITIES
GLACIER GATEWAY STYLE
There are numerous activities and attractions
available right in walkable downtown
Kalispell. And, within easy driving distance,
the variety of offerings grows exponentially
as you explore the Flathead Valley and
Glacier National Park. Our location means
sightseeing begins before your meeting
has even kicked off, but failing to set aside
time for additional team building and offsite activities is a missed opportunity. Every
season, every direction offers potential for
new discovery.
Glacier National Park
When the tamaracks change color in
autumn, there are few more beautiful places
to visit in North America.Visit Artemis
Acres for cowboy barbecue, horseback
rides, storytelling or a wagon ride among
the changing foliage. Winter brings epic
alpine and cross-country skiing, as well
as snowmobiling, snowshoeing and even
dogsledding excursions. Spring means some
of the best fly-fishing of the year and ideal
road cycling conditions, both of which
you can enjoy seemingly surrounded by
wildflowers. Summer’s warmer temperatures
give your group the chance to adventure
on zip lines and high ropes courses, pump
up your heart rate whitewater rafting or
relax on a Red Bus tour through the Crown
of the Continent — Glacier National Park.
Our event planners can help with ideas and
arrangements for your individual attendees
and/or larger groups. And, we have to admit,
just relaxing on a porch or comfy chair just
looking at the view is pretty great too.
For every group, Kalispell has an activity that
will have attendees glad they came to your
meeting.
