Almond yield increase data in both charts represents 27 comparisons of almond yields for Pristine vs. the grower’s standard spray program done
during 2006 (2 comparisons), 2007 (13) and 2008 (12). All Pristine programs had 11-14.5 oz/A at full bloom. Two-spray programs added a spray
with the same rate of Pristine applied at pink bud or 15-25% bloom. Grower standard programs had the same number of sprays. Grower standard
products varied with location and included Scala (3 comparisons), Captan (1), Vangard (2), Rovral (6), Gem (2), chlorothalonil (2), Distinguish (1) and
untreated (10).
