The Paducah Chamber coordinates a one-day trip annually to Frankfort for our community and business
leaders to meet with the Governor, Cabinet officials and members of the General Assembly to advocate
for the Paducah / McCracken County community’s legislative priorities.
Join us on Thursday, February 11 as we speak in a unified voice to our state officials on what is
important to the economic health and vitality of our community and the region. It is critical for our
community to be heard in Frankfort and to do this we need your participation on this important trip!

6:30 a.m. CST - Charter bus departure from
Commerce Center
Noon EST - Luncheon at the Thomas D. Clark
Center for KY History with state and local officials
2:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. - Meetings with the
Governor, Cabinet officials (Transportation;
Energy and Environment; Tourism, Arts and
Heritage) as well as our own state legislators
5:00 p.m. - West Kentucky Thank You Night
Reception and Dinner **
7:00 p.m. - Departure from Frankfort
10:30 p.m. CST - Arrival in Paducah

Chamber Alliance (WKRCA) and Chamber Leadership
Initiatives for Northwest Kentucky (C-LINK) who
represent 26 chambers in Western Kentucky. Over
1,000 community and business leaders, State
leadership, Cabinet officials and legislators will attend.
