Inca Inchi Virgin Oil ® is obtained by simple cold pressing of the nuts, followed by settling and mechanical filtration. The nuts and the oil of this plant were a staple of the diet of the Incas. Forgotten thereafter, Inca Inchi oil has been rediscovered several years ago in South America, but is also consumed in the United States , Canada, Japan, and China. Food an Health The qualities and benefits of using this oil results directly of its remarkable composition: Omega 3, Omega 6, Vitamin E, Vitamin A and very little saturated fat.
