The Inca Inchi ® virgin oil comes from nuts of Plukenetia Volubilis, a liana from the high amazonian
forests of Peru, grown according to traditional farming methods but also biological.
Inca Inchi Virgin Oil ® is obtained by simple cold pressing of the nuts, followed by settling and
mechanical filtration.
The nuts and the oil of this plant were a staple of the diet of the Incas. Forgotten thereafter, Inca Inchi
oil has been rediscovered several years ago in South America, but is also consumed in the United States
, Canada, Japan, and China.
Partner since 2005, of this agricultural program, we have just obtained, after several years of study and
approval processes, from the European authorities the authorization to merchandize this oil on the food
market of the European Community.

The Inca Inchi ® virgin oil is a concentrated source of omega 3. With 50% of omega 3 alpha-linolélique
acid, it is the most concentrated plant source of omega 3 now available on the food market.

It also provides 35 to 40% omega 6 linoleic acid, and is a concentrated source of phenolic antioxidants
with more than 2000 mg / kg tocopherols, which means about 17 mg of vitamin E per 100 g. This allows
it to benefit from notable oxidation stability
Tasting
The green pale color, with pea and
green asparagus aromas is complemented by a slight hint of freshly
cut hay, on a very sweet mouth with
no pungency, are a discovery for our
palate.
The composition of virgin olive oil Inca Inchi ® naturally rich in
essential fatty acids, Omega 3 and Omega 6 Omega has a ratio less
than 1 6/omega 3. This oil contributes positively to rebalance this
ratio currently too high in France after all nutritionists.
Omega 3 contribute to the proper functioning of the cardiovascular
system and the proper development of nerve cells, and Omega 6 helps
to reduce bad cholesterol.
Naturally rich in Vitamin E, Inca Inchi oil may bring the claim on the
functional regulatory "protection of cell membranes"

Food an Health
The qualities and benefits of using this oil results directly of its remarkable
composition: Omega 3, Omega 6, Vitamin E, Vitamin A and very little
saturated fat.
Dietary
Our diet is in all western countries, deficient in Omega 3 essential fatty
acids. To overcome this deficiency, AFSSA and most nutritionists recommend to enrich our diet with Omega 3, without forgetting Omega 6 of
course very common in oils usually already consumed. A report respectively
1 to 5 of these inputs is recommended.
Inca Inchi virgin oil by its richness in Omega 3 helps to rebalance the report
favorably.
By its stability with respect to oxidation, Inca Inchi virgin oil is also a very
interesting oil for food manufacturers who want to offer an enriched
omega-3 product from plant sources (combined oils, margarines, dairy
formulation ...) without the disadvantages of the currently existing oils.
Nutraceutique
The recent authorization for placing on the European food market opens up
new perspectives for the rebalancing of essential fatty acids.
Inca Inchi oil allows a concentrated Omega 3 (ALA precursor of DHA and
EPA that the health benefits are well known) and Omega 6 (GLA) intake.
Reasoned contribution will allow supplementation and balancing of these
essential fatty acids.
Inca Inchi oil flavor is nice, very low in saturated fatty acids and very stable
with respect to oxidation despite its richness in polyunsaturated fatty acids
which differentiates it from products already on the market.
