Austin Mattress Firm Stores to Host Clothing Drive for Foster Kids
Inaugural drive will benefit local foster youth
WHAT:
On Monday, May 2, 2016, all 70 Mattress Firm stores in Austin will host a
clothing drive, the first of Mattress Firm Foster Kids’ donation drives to benefit
local foster youth and families. Through Sunday, June 26, 2016 during normal
store hours, Mattress Firm will accept clothing and monetary contributions, which
will be donated to Foster Angels of Central Texas and Helping Hand Home for
Children at the end of the eight-week drive.
Throughout the year, Mattress Firm Foster Kids will hold drives at its Austin-area
stores to collect items and raise funds to help thousands of local foster children.
Donations from each drive will be distributed to partner organizations in the
community.
