Directions to Mendenhall Student Center at ECU
From the west (US 264, NC 43):
If entering Greenville on US 264 east, follow directions below:
If entering Greenville on NC 43, turn right at the intersection of NC 43 and US 13 (Memorial
Drive); proceed to the first traffic light (get into the left lane) and turn left onto Farmville Blvd (at the light,
Dunkin’ Donuts is on the left; McDonald’s on the right). Follow directions below starting with #3.
1. Enter Greenville on US 264 East which becomes Statonsburg Road; (US 264 exits to little
Washington) stay on Statonsburg passing the medical complex on the left and medical offices
on the right.
2. Cross US 13 (Memorial Drive) to Farmville Blvd.
3. Continue on Farmville Blvd. to the 2nd traffic light.
4. Turn right at the traffic light. Continue on 14th Street to the 4th traffic light at the corner
of 14th and Charles Blvd. (service station on two left corners, Eckerd’s on the far right and
strip mall containing Harris Teeter on the right).
5. Turn left onto Charles Blvd at the 4th traffic light.
6. Go through one traffic light (McDonald’s and Krispy Kreme on the right at the light).
7. Go past the red brick house on the right behind McDonald’s preparing to turn to the right
at the first street.
8. Turn right at the first street to the right.
9. Take the first left into the parking lot behind Mendenhall Student Center (2-story brown
brick building).
10. Reserved parking signs are on the first two rows in the lot.
11. Enter Mendenhall through the back entrance – go up short stairs onto patio-type area
and continue on the left to the doors for the rear entrance.
12. The Multi-Purpose Room is the first room to the right after you enter the Building.
From the north (US 13, NC 11, NC 33):
If entering Greenville on US 13 or NC 11, follow directions below.
If entering Greenville on NC 33 South, take the exit for US 264 east toward Greenville and
Washington. Continue on US 264 East until the exit for US 13 South. Take this exit and turn right
onto US 13 South. Follow US 13 South directions below.
1. Enter Greenville on US 13 South (which becomes Memorial Drive).
2. Continue for several miles down 13 passing the airport on the right.
3. After passing the airport on the right, turn left onto Farmville Blvd. at the 3rd traffic light
(there is a Dunkin’ Donuts on the left corner of this intersection and a McDonald’s on the
right).
4. Continue on Farmville Blvd. to the 2nd traffic light.
5. Turn right at the traffic light. Continue on 14th Street to the 4th traffic light at the corner
of 14th and Charles Blvd. (service station on two left corners, Eckerd’s on the far right and

6. Turn left onto Charles Blvd.

1. Enter Greenville on NC 43 which becomes Charles Blvd.
2. Continue on Charles Blvd. to the intersection with US 264 Alternate (Greenville Blvd.)
(McAlister’s on the left; ECU brick marquee across the street on the right). This is where
you leave NC 43 which turns left.
3. Continue straight on Charles Blvd. to the 2nd traffic light – at the intersection of Charles
and 10th Street (McDonald’s and Krispy Kreme on the right at the light).
7. Go past the red brick house on the right behind McDonald’s preparing to turn to the right
at the first street.
8. Turn right at the first street to the right.
9. Take the first left into the parking lot behind Mendenhall Student Center (2-story brown
brick building).
10. Reserved parking signs are on the first two rows in the lot.
11. Enter Mendenhall through the back entrance – go up short stairs onto patio-type area
and continue on the left to the doors for the rear entrance.
12. The Multi-Purpose Room is the first room to the right after you enter the Building.
From the south (NC 11):
1. Enter Greenville on NC 11 north.
2. At the intersection with US 264 Alternate, turn right onto Greenville Blvd. (Honda
dealership on the left; Chrysler dealership on the right).
3. Continue on Greenville Blvd. (US 264 Alternate) through 7th traffic light (right past the
Colonial Mall on right); get into the left turn lane at the 8th traffic light.
4. Turn left onto Charles Blvd.
5. Continue straight on Charles Blvd. to the 2nd traffic light – at the intersection of Charles
and 10th Street (McDonald’s and Krispy Kreme on the right at the light).
6. Go past the red brick house on the right behind McDonald’s preparing to turn to the right
at the first street.
7. Turn right at the first street to the right.

1. Enter Greenville on US 13/US 264 Alternate.
2. At the intersection with NC 11 (Honda dealership on the right and Cracker Barrel on the
right), stay straight on US 264 Alternate, which is Greenville Blvd.
3. After 7th traffic light (right past the Colonial Mall on right), get into the left turn lane at the
8th traffic light.
4. Turn left onto Charles Blvd.
5. Continue straight on Charles Blvd. to the 2nd traffic light – at the intersection of Charles
and 10th Street (McDonald’s and Krispy Kreme on the right at the light).
6. Go past the red brick house on the right behind McDonald’s preparing to turn to the right
at the first street.
7. Turn right at the first street to the right.

If entering Greenville on US 264, follow the directions below:
If entering Greenville on NC 33, cross the intersection with US 264 Alternate and follow directions
beginning with #4 below).
1. Enter Greenville on US 264 West.
2. Turn left onto US 264 Alternate east toward Greenville.
3. At the first traffic light (Hastings Ford on the right; Burger King across the road;
shopping center on the left), turn right onto 10th Street.
4. Continue on 10th Street to the 6th traffic light (McDonald’s on the right; Krispy Kreme on
the left).
5. Turn left at the 5th traffic light.
6. Go past the red brick house on the right behind McDonald’s preparing to turn to the right
at the first street.
7. Turn right at the first street to the right.
8. Take the first left into the parking lot behind Mendenhall Student Center (2-story brown
brick building).
9. Reserved parking signs are on the first two rows in the lot.
