the deli department – especially moms who told us their kids just
don’t like that smoked flavour. So we decided to introduce our very

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cut thin slice from bottom of potato halves
so they sit flat. Toss potatoes with olive oil.
Stand on baking sheet. Sprinkle tops with
Gruyere. Bake in centre of oven until crispy
and golden, about 35-40 minutes. Let cool.

comes from the Montérégie region
of Quebec where it’s made in the
traditional French manner. The flavour
and texture develop throughout
ripening, from the outside of the rind
to the inside. Our Brie will continue to
ripen over time so check the inside of
the package for tips on when to enjoy
it young and firm, semi-ripened or fully
